As Queen become the latest act in a long line of artists to defect to a new label (previously, Radiohead, The Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney are among those who have walked), questions are continuingly being raised as to whether the future of the label is in jeopardy. Although we're also used to regular news stories about the financial perils currently befalling the label, Queen's departure has come as little shock to industry experts.
