There are music conventions popping up all around the globe! To be fair, Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen has been on the go since 1986 but over the years it has transformed itself from a local festival into much more. Not only are these conferences a great opportunity for music industry minds to come together, but they also present good prospects for new and emerging bands wanting to showcase to other territories.
