Manchester venues - past and future

We want to point your attention towards another great online article about the local music scene.

Manchester Scenewipe has posted a blog written by Adam Yare about the development of Manc gig venues over the years. With comments from Chris Horkan from Hey Manchester! And Ruby Lounge’s Jay Taylor (yes, him again), Adam explores the history and future for gig spaces around Manchester.

As a city where gig history has been made over and over again, it’s up to the newer venues to step up to the plate and offer something different and maintain the reputation for excellence.

Give the blog a read here for a greater understanding of where we’re headed.
