Please take a few minutes to read the following paragraphs.
They explain very clearly how The Unsigned Guide free trial works.
The free trial is completely without obligation and primarily gives you
chance to have a look at the type of valuable music industry contact
information The Unsigned Guide contains. Your copy of The Unsigned
Guide will be delivered by courier (usually Parcelforce). You have 7
days to look over the book before you decide if you’d like to keep it.
If you decide to return it after 7 days, call us on 0161 234 6821 or email
chris@theunsignedguide.com to request a call back. We will arrange the
return of the book with you, then you have a further 7 days to return the book.
We will even refund any postage costs incurred. It genuinely won’t cost you a penny.
If you do want to keep it (as 90% of people do once they’ve seen a copy!), the
book costs £38.25 plus £6.10 to cover the cost of the courier. A total of £44.35 will be
charged to your nominated credit or debit card on the 8th day (giving you an extra day
free) of your trial (There is absolutely no hard-sell. 100% fact.).
Before we send out your copy of The Unsigned Guide, as a security measure we simply need a credit or debit card number. This card payment will be processed when your trial has been completed and only then. If you have any problems with delivery or other delays in your trial, please contact us on 0161 234 6821 or send an email to chris@theunsignedguide.com.
If you choose to return the book after your 7-day trial, you have a further 7 days to do this. It is your responsibility to ensure that the book is sent back to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery; we will refund the cost of the delivery. If the book has not been returned 21 days after the book was delivered, and you have made no effort to contact us or return messages, we will assume that you have changed your mind and want to keep the book. Full payment will be taken accordingly.
